Sandpit Covers Australia™ has been servicing the nation since 2004. We specialize in custom made sandpit covers for homes, childcare centres, playgroups, primary schools, high schools, hospitals, universities, gyms, sports stadiums and really – anywhere that has sand is needing to be covered!

Features & Benefits of Our Sandpit Covers
Lightweight & Durable Custom-Made Covers
Our sand pit covers are made from lightweight and durable commercial grade shade sail with chains sewn into perimeter to hold down the edges. They can be easily moved and carried by just one person. Our covers are resistant to mold and rot.
Easy to Put On/Off – Even For Larger Sandpit Covers
We can break the covers into sections if the sandpit is very large. Our covers come with a 3 year warranty workmanship.
Weighted Edges
No rubber straps that will perish. No need to make attachment points around the sand pit. No tripping / injury hazards that are caused by hooks or mounts protruding from ground or sand pit cover. We use galvanized metal chain encased in the hem.
Alleviate Health Risks
It is very important these days for sandpits to be covered, as they can be a health risk with cats and possum feces. Having a cover also alleviates the extra work of having to remove leaves and other debris from the sandpit, which can help reduce the time you need to maintain the yard.
Specifications
All our commercial covers are handmade here in Australia with 70% UV protection with 175gsm domestic grade shade cloth combination of monofilament threads and tape construction.
Our waterproof material is a 90% UV protection 250gsm with a plastic coating layer on one side to prevent water passing through.
The thread we use is UV stabilized bonded polyester.
Colours
Our covers standard colour is sandstone, but we can cater for any colour you desire (Custom colours are additional in price).
